Program Expanded to Help More Veterans

A new Florida law allows more military veterans to qualify for a diversion program meant to keep offenders out of prison called Veterans court. The new law changed aspects of the Jacksonville, FL, criminal code that deals with mental health and substance abuse. Read article here…..
