Is it About Drug Prices or Changing How Medicare Operates?
In March when the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services announced a proposed rule to change the way Medicare reimburses doctors and hospitals for drugs administered under the Medicare program; many groups such as the American Medical Association and American Hospital Association say while escalating drug prices are a big problem, reducing prices through doctors and hospitals is not the solution.
