Obamacare Plans are Failing

The not-for-profit health plans (the backbone of Obamacare exchanges) reported a considerable loss of money in the first quarter of 2016. AIS Health Plan Week (leading health insurance industry newsletter) issued a report showing total net losses among the 41 health plans of approximately $1.5 billion for the first quarter.
