A Maryland Co-op Suing
Evergreen Health Cooperative – one of the original Co-Ops created by Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) – filed a lawsuit Monday in U.S District Court in an effort to phase in payments over several years or delay them temporarily the projected millions it owes due to the risk adjustment payments established by the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).
