The Navy Making Changes

Under a new policy enacted by Navy Secretary Ray Mabus, navy personnel, sailors and Marines that were kicked out of the military (bad paper) because of erratic behavior caused by PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), by TBI (traumatic brain injury) or other mental health conditions, their discharges are now being reviewed upon request from the personnel.
