Is Medicare’s Proposed Rule Violating Obamacare?

In a letter to Senate Finance Committee Chairman Charles Grassley, R-IA, a group of health providers and patient advocates expressed their concerns over the proposed Medicare’s rule to pay for drugs is using a method that compares the potential benefits to patients from a drug to its overall cost, will lead to rationing of health care and is in direct violation of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).
