Promising Zika Virus Vaccine Tests

In a study published in the journal Nature, a team led by Dr. Dan Barouch of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School, tested two different vaccines, one DNA vaccine the other inactivated virus vaccines, in mice and found the mice given either type of vaccine were 100 percent protected from Zika after a single shot.
