Where’s the Money?

On Friday, the White House and public health officials came close to publicly demanding that the House and Senate return to Washington to give federal agencies up to $1.9 billion to counter the Zika virus; however, the Office of Management and Budget confirmed that $385 million is available and does not need congressional approval to decide how to spend the money.
