Class action lawsuit filed to stop Kentucky’s work requirements for Medicaid recipients
A class action lawsuit filed in federal court in Washington by 15 Kentucky Medicaid recipients, is challenging the U.S federal government’s approval of work requirements for Medicaid recipients in the state of Kentucky.
