Blue Button 2.0

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will allow Medicare beneficiaries to download and share their health data across a host of vetted apps. Medicare beneficiaries can opt into Blue Button 2.0, an application programming interface that offers access to four years of Medicare patient data.  Medicare beneficiaries can opt into Blue Button through their individual accounts at MyMediare.gov.
