Three trends developing in employer benefit cost management

One of the top three priorities for employers in 2018 is benefit cost management. According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, 90 percent of employees consider their health benefits as important as their salaries. In the HUB International 2017 Benefits Barometer showed that 81 percent of the survey respondents consider benefits cost management one of their top three priorities in 2018.
