Ben Carson Advocates Health Savings Accounts as Medicare Alternative

Kelsey Rupp, in an article posted on www.ijreview.com, reports that presidential candidate Ben Carson has adopted Health Savings Pkans–with an annualk $2000 federal contribution, as a potential alternative for Medicare and Medicaid.
