Virtual care is increasingly used for low-acuity needs

In a recent report from Accenture, it found about 70 percent of consumers are interested in virtual healthcare but only 20 percent have actually received such care. However, virtual care is becoming more of a reality and is increasingly used for low-acuity needs.  Among the big names using such settings for primary care appointments and quick patient consultations are Kaiser Permanente and UntiedHealthcare.
