Boeing, Cisco, Intel and Walmart are bypassing insurers to drive down healthcare costs

Spending on employee health benefits has risen about 5 percent annually in recent years, with U.S. employers expected to spend approximately $738 billion to cover employee healthcare costs in 2018.
