The rule for the 340B drug discount program, which would set price ceilings and monetary penalties, will begin of next year. The Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) issued a final rule on Thursday that formally sets the start of the penalties and price ceilings for January 1st.
