Seven years from now, Medicare Part A will be in dire straits

According this year’s Medicare trustee report, seven years from now, Medicare Part A will only be able to reimburse hospitals 89 percent of costs for hospitals stays and related services and that figure falls to 77 percent in 20 years. Medicare Parts B and D are not in as dire straits since those are funded by patient premiums and non-Medicare tax revenues. Read article here…
