Nursing Home Complaints Increase Nationwide
The HHS Office of Inspector General (OIG) logged an increase in nursing home complaints last year reaching its highest level in two years at 52.3 out of 1,000 residents. In addition, the percent of high-priority incidents that were not investigated within the mandatory 10-day period rose by 23 percent during the same time period. Read article here…
