Changes to employer-sponsored health plans due to the Coronavirus

On March 27, 2020, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act was signed into law.  CARES Act, expended certain provisions of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) which contains several provisions some mandatory and some optional that affect employer-sponsored group health plans.  Read article here…
