Humana’s “Bold Goal” exceeds original goal
In 2015, Humana’s “Bold Goal” initiative which uses measures established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to track an individual’s physical and mental “unhealthy days” over a 30-day period. The patients are screened for health-related social needs screens such as: Food insecurity, transportation, loneliness, and social support. So far, Humana has exceeded their original goal of completing 1 million screenings by achieving more than 2.6 million screenings. Read article here…
