The proposed regulations could affect HSA eligibility for some concierge care users

In the IRS recently proposed regulations dealing with direct primary care arrangements or more commonly known as “concierge care”, it will generally expand the availability and use of health reimbursement arrangements funds to cover the cost.  However, for those employers and employees who choose to participate may risk losing a valuable tax-preferred health savings options.
