WellCare Partners with Shipt to help address food insecurity, transportation access

WellCare, a subsidiary of Centene Corporation, is partnering with Shipt, a same-day delivery service, to help Medicare Advantage members safely and conveniently access groceries and everyday essentials throughout 2020.  This partnership is part of WellCare’s commitment to address social determinants of health – non-medical barriers to care such as food insecurity or transportations assistance – which have been exacerbated by COVID-19 pandemic.
