With Medicare’s Open Enrollment around the corner, one of the ways to determine the quality of a Medicare Advantage health plan is to look at the five-star rating on the Medicare website. Medicare uses information from member satisfaction surveys, health plans, and health care providers to give overall performance star ratings to the health plans.
