Did Your Health Care Costs Go Down as Promised by Obamacare?

When President Obama’s Administration was campaigning for Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), one of the promises was that the “typical” family would see a yearly savings of $2500 in their health care costs, which is not the case; actually, it is the opposite. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services data show that total per capita health insurance spending will increase from $7,786 in 2016 to $11,681 in 2024; almost a 50 percent increase.
