WASHINGTON, March 11 – As millions of seniors and people with disabilities struggle to afford dentures, hearing aids and eye glasses, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Ranking Member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee, and Rep.
