Zika Virus is Responsible for Microcephaly

In the New England Journal of Medicine, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) now admit there is a “causal relationship” between the Zika virus and a severe form of microcephaly and intracranial calcifications.

 Dr. Tom Frieden, chief of the CDC, states this study marks a turning point in the current Zika outbreak but there’s still a lot that we don’t know; however, there is no longer any doubt that Zika causes microcephaly. Read article here…..
