Medicare Premium Support
Medicare is health insurance for people 65 or older, funded through payroll taxes during their working years and requiring monthly premiums. However, some lawmakers have suggested that Medicare should reduce costs by moving away from its current structure to a “Premium support,” aka a government voucher system.
