Don’t Ask U.S. Supreme Court to Define Health Care Fraud

U.S. Supreme Court in their opinion on Universal Health Services Inc. v. U.S. ex rel Escobar, a lawsuit filed by the family of a patient that tragically died after receiving substandard care from unqualified providers; whether or not providers submitting bills for services that it had delivered while violating regulations (unlicensed or untrained health care employees) constitutes health-care fraud.
