Voice of the Consumer: Medicare calling – NOT

Don’t be surprised if you receive a series of calls and even a visit from someone claiming you need to upgrade your Medicare coverage. Thanks to the Sullins for telling me about this. They try to keep up with news as it relates to health care, so they were suspicious about the two calls and then the knock at their front door.
Jim says the friendly voice on the phone told him that changes were coming to Medicare. He was urged to change his insurance company and “things would be better.” Jim was skeptical because he not only has Medicare, but Tricare for Life. He asked, “What could be better than that?” Read more…
