Lutheran Social Services of Michigan working on new home care strategy

The agency is developing a plan designed to not only save money, but improve patient care outcomes as well. Building on a successful pilot program, the agency is optimistic that the emphasis on focused home care can reduce readmission rates and improve the quality of patient care.
