Do you want to drop your Medicare Advantage plan and go back to original Medicare?

On January 1st, two separate Medicare enrollment periods began.  Medicare Advantage Disenrollment Period, which lasts until February 14th, is for people enrolled in an Advantage Plan for 2018 who want to switch to original Medicare.  If you missed your initial Medicare enrollment period, you can sign up for coverage during what’s called General Enrollment Period, which lasts through March 31st.
