For 2020, some Medicare Advantage plans will offer new, nonmedical coverage
In 2019, Medicare Advantage plans have increased flexibility to provide coverage for what the government calls supplement benefits. These services which are excluded by law from traditional Medicare coverage will address environmental factors that may affect specifically for people with chronic illnesses health, functioning, quality of life and risk levels.
