Millions of seniors in retirement get their health benefits through Medicare. The cost of Medicare Part B is going up in 2020 to $144.60 but for some it could be higher. Although only seven percent of seniors, high earners are subject to income-related monthly adjustment amounts (IRMAA) that make Medicare even pricier.
