Proposed federal budget would expand the options for Medicare beneficiaries

Among the proposed 2021 federal budget there are two items that will affect Medicare beneficiaries.  One of the proposals would allow Social Security recipients to opt out of Medicare Part A, which currently is tricky to do.  The other aims to give Medicare recipients the ability to contribute to health savings accounts and to medical savings account.
