Mutual of Omaha sold their Medicare Advantage Business

Essence Healthcare has reached agreement to acquire Mutual of Omaha Medicare Advantage Company and Medicare Advantage Company of Omaha for undisclosed price. The deal would not affect Mutual of Omaha’s other businesses or its Medicare Part D prescription drug plan business.  According to Essence Healthcare, they hope to complete the deal by the middle of this year.
