Should Undocumented Immigrants Be Allowed to Buy Health Insurance?
A bill (SB 10) was introduced into the California legislature to ask the federal government to allow illegal immigrants to purchase health insurance through the Covered California exchange without cost to the state or federal government.
If the federal government gives permission, this would allow as many as 390,000 immigrants whose income is too high to qualify for Medi-Cal (Medicaid) to purchase through the exchange under Obamacare. Read article here….
